Attorney Biography
As of 7/13, I have over 20 years of experience representing clients in bankruptcy cases under Chapters 7 and 13 in the Sacramento Bankruptcy Court, which services 14 counties of Northern California. I am certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization as a Specialist in Bankruptcy Law.
We are a two attorney office, and we believe bankruptcy is one of the most important financial decisions you can face. I provide a free two hour initial appointment where I review your assets, income and debt and evaluate how a bankruptcy will work to remedy your financial situation.
If you decide to hire our firm, I take responsibility for your case from start to finish. We are not a mill, and we don't use secretaries or paralegals for your representation. I also provide a one hour flat fee consultation for short sale sellers on legal issues they may face.
