I am William D. Kopper.I have been practicing law for over thirty years.I practice in the fields of family law, including divorce and child custody and visitation, and estate planning, including wills and trustsand probate. I am one of the few practitioners who are certified specialists in two fields, since I am a certified specialist by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization in the fields of Family Law, and Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law. Continuing Education:
I take more than 30 hours of continuing legal education each year.I must take at least fifteen hours each year in my two areas of Specialty – Family Law and Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law.In 2005 I completed an extra 32 hours of mediation training.
