Attorney Biography
Gregg M. Hollander, a Miami, Florida native, is a highly experienced personal injury trial attorney. For more than 20 years, he has helped Boca Raton, Naples and Fort Myers victims and their families seek justice and hold wrongdoers accountable for their negligent actions. Hollander has taken on individuals, insurance companies and large corporations who put profits above people and/or profits over safety. Hollander has extensive jury trial experience representing thousands of victims of auto accidents, medical malpractice, defective products, nursing home abuse and wrongful death. Hollander particularly focuses on wrongful death and defective product cases involving children’s products including toys, cribs, strollers, and products that prove harmful to children. In a one case, Hollander obtained a settlement for a 28-month-old toddler who had ingested acrylic nail primer, which failed to have the proper child-resistant packaging. Hollander filed suit against the manufacturer, distributer and retailer of the product-whom will split the settlement. Hollander attended the University of Florida followed by St. Thomas University School of Law where he received his Juris Doctor degree. He is admitted to The Florida Bar and is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts and in the Federal District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida
