Attorney Biography
Tiffany Love McElheran serves as general counsel for residential community associations throughout the state and routinely assists association officers, directors and property managers with corporate operations, including litigation, mediation and transactions. Mrs. McElheran’s practice concentrates primarily on civil litigation, involving real property, condominium associations, homeowner associations, real estate disputes, foreclosures, insurance disputes, deed restriction enforcement, contract disputes, and collections. She regularly presents to both lawyers and directors regarding community association and litigation issues and has written articles on property rights and community association law.
Mrs. McElheran is a member of the Florida Bar, Middle District of Florida, Hillsborough County Bar Association, American Inns of Court, Florida Association of Women Lawyers, the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce, and the Hillsborough Association of Women Lawyers, where she serves on the scholarship committee. Additionally, Mrs. McElheran currently serves as a member of The Producer’s Board, which provides essential support for the artistic and educational programs at the Straz Center for the Performing Arts, through networking and social events. As a Producer’s Board member, Ms. McElheran has served as a committee chair for the Best of Tampa Bay fundraising benefit for the Straz Center. At Bush Ross, Mrs. McElheran serves as Co-Chair of the firm's Diversity and Inclusion Committee.
