Attorney Biography
Over 39 years of labor and employment experience and 29 years experience in the Taft-Hartley, multiemployer fringe benefit area representing funds that collectively had in excess of over $1 Billion in assets under management. Admitted to practice before the US Supreme Court, the Illinois Supreme Court, the 3rd, 7th, 9th and D.C. Circuit courts of appeal and US District Courts in Illinois and Indiana. Over 700 federal cases handled, over 100 cases tried to verdict, cases handled in Illinoiss, NY, NJ, Tennessee, Pennsylvania,Wisconsin, Missouri, and California.
