Kelsey Moore

Kelsey Moore is a caring Associate Attorney for Stange Law Firm, PC serving clients in the Sedgwick County area from the firm’s Wichita, Kansas office. 

Kelsey earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Kansas State University, majoring in Marketing. During her time at Kansas State, she worked as a Senate Intern for the Kansas Legislature, where she assisted the Public Health and Wellness, Taxation, and Judiciary Committees. From there she attended Creighton University School of Law and earned her Juris Doctorate. While at Creighton, she was a member of many on-campus societies, including the Animal Law Society, Business Law Society, and the Health Law Society. She also worked as a Student Attorney at the Creighton Immigrant Legal Clinic, assisting the managing attorney in development and evaluating case theories. Her duties also included counseling clients, preparing immigration documents, and legal research. Kelsey is currently licensed to practice law in Kansas and Missouri. 

Prior to joining Stange Law Firm, Kelsey worked as an Associate Attorney at a firm located in Omaha, Nebraska. This firm practiced insurance law, medical malpractice defense, handled worker’s compensation law, and business and civil law. While there she presented before administrative law judges in varying stages of the litigation process, such as pre-hearing stipulations, preliminary hearings, and settlement conferences. She also created comprehensive defense strategies by assessing and analyzing discovery files and court documents to ensure complete and robust representation for her clients. When managing cases, she drafted the internal memorandums, researching relevant statutes and case laws, then drafted the pleadings. 

When not assisting clients with their cases, Kelsey enjoys flying and spending time as a student pilot. Kelsey is also a big sports fan and soccer enthusiast, and enjoys cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs.
