Attorney Biography
Chad A Kelsch is a Twin Cities bankruptcy lawyer, with an additional focus in mechanic's lien law and real estate law. The bulk of his practice is focused on representing debtors, trustees, and unsecured creditors' committees in bankruptcy. He joined Fuller, Seaver, Swanson & Kelsch, P.A. as a partner in 2012. Prior to that, he had his own practice in Minneapolis. He earned his J.D. from the University of North Dakota School of Law and has been named a "Rising Star" by Minnesota Law & Politics.
