Attorney Biography
Richard King is a compassionate Senior Associate Attorney with Stange Law Firm, PC who prides himself on his preparation, work ethic, and leadership, and will work hard to help you through this difficult period in your life. He can represent clients throughout St. Louis County and the surrounding areas from the firm’s Clayton, MO office location.
Richard has spent the last 6 years working to represent clients in legal matters. He obtained his Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan, graduating Cum Laude. Prior to studying law, he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from Saint Louis University in Social Work. Richard is licensed to practice and help clients in the state of Missouri.
Before joining Stange Law Firm, Richard spent time as an Independent Contractor Attorney, where his work included managing family law matters, along with criminal, property, and traffic law matters, on behalf of the office. Before that, he spent 3 years as an Assistant Circuit Attorney for the Circuit Attorney’s Office in St. Louis, MO. He also served as an Assistant Public Defender for the Missouri State Public Defender and spent time as a solo practitioner.
Outside of his practice, Richard enjoys spending time with family, trying new restaurants, and watching sports, specifically St. Louis Cardinals baseball, as well as football and basketball.
