With offices in St. Louis and Kansas City, Missouri, Robbins Law Firm's focus is shepherding clients through the Missouri Medical Marijuana Program. RLF represents medical cannabis licensees and affiliate business/vendors in transactions including: create, form legal entities; draft and negotiate contracts; advise on general governance, commercial, and compliance matters; complete and file legally required forms; design personnel policies and/or counsel on real estate, state regulatory, and licensing matters, contactual agreements to provide products to other MO licensed medical marijuana companies; licensing agreements with out of state companies for use of their products; and guiding through the final Commencement Inspection of each facility.
