James B. Seplowitz is a criminal defense lawyer admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York. He has been a member of the NORML Legal Committee since 2004 and is a staunch advocate for the legalization of marijuana. He has seen firsthand through countless clients how our draconian marijuana laws can have drastic and long-lasting consequences. With that background, Mr. Seplowitz is determined to fight hard for those accused of marijuana offenses. He has defended hundreds of clients under those circumstances and is well-versed in the applicable laws.
