Bryan Lower

Bryan Lower is a Senior Associate Attorney for Stange Law Firm, PC. He can represent clients throughout Tulsa County, Oklahoma area from the firm’s Tulsa office location. 

Bryan graduated from Northeastern State University with a degree in Political Science. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa College of Law. While in law school, he worked as a Law Clerk for a law office in Tulsa. He processed new case files for clients and drafted petitions, contracts, and property instruments. He also conducted legal research for state and federal litigation. From there, he went on to work as an Assistant Public Defender for the Tulsa County Public Defenders Office. He worked on the Civil Mental Health docket, Adult Protective Services guardianship docket, and the Family Guardianship docket. He represented wards, juvenile defendants, and abused children. Bryan is currently licensed to practice law in the State of Oklahoma. 

Prior to joining Stange Law Firm, PC, Bryan worked most of his career with the Legal Aid Services of Oklahoma as a Staff Attorney. There, he was an embedded attorney with The Education and Employment Ministry (TEEM). He provided civil legal service for clients transitioning out of the Department of Corrections. He also drafted legal documents and provided legal advice on a wide variety of civil legal issues. Bryan brings his years of representing clients in Oklahoma to our firm and is ready to assist those in need.

When not assisting clients, in his free time Bryan enjoys traveling and visiting roadside attractions.
