I would not recommend this law firm. I hired Kennard in 2018 to represent me in an employment
dispute. I paid $10,000.00 retainer + additional fees. This firm has an extremely high turnover of
attorneys and paralegals. I had to explain my case to three different attorneys. The attorneys would
abruptly leave and I would not receive an explanation. They missed deadlines and failed to show up
for a hearing. Kennard withdrew after I refused to pay more fees. I stopped paying him because I
didn't know what was going on and in my opinion neither did he. They are not good communicators and
I don't think it's my job to contact them every two or three month an inquire about the status or
ask if there is anything required. Thankfully, I was able to negotiate a severance on my own and
accepted new employment. My advice, do your research and try to find an attorney that does not have
a history of complaints from former clients. Please research all of the Honors and Awards he claims
he has received. Apparently, most lawyers can claim those honors if they are willing to pay for the
recognition.
