Attorney Biography
Tim Emery is a founding member of Emery | Reddy, PLLC. Mr. Emery manages complex litigation in state and federal courts throughout the country. Mr. Emery also accepts select class action cases in the practice areas of consumer protection and employment law. Prior to returning to plaintiffs’ practice, Mr. Emery spent nearly a decade as general counsel to multiple companies in the consumer credit space.
